Mangosteen Fruit Juice

Sometimes it’s easy to just fill your toddler’s sippy cup with soda or tea. However, soda is really bad for little ones and most teas are just as bad. Instead, you should consider filling his or her cup with 100% natural juices like mangosteen fruit juice.

Mangosteens are not only 100% natural; they’re also high in antioxidants, which is an added bonus! And antioxidants are super foods for our health because they help fight those free radicals that are damaging our body’s cells. Of course your toddler might not have to worry about premature aging or heart disease right now, but what about in the future?

And why not start him or her off on the right track by offering healthy juices rather than unhealthy ones? It’s obvious that you care about your little one’s health; so taking the right step by offering them nutritional foods and juices like mangosteen fruit juice is essential.

Mangosteen Supplements

If you run across some mangosteen supplements, please let me know. I love the fact that mangosteens are high in antioxidants, but around here it’s hard to find a mangosteens or even products that include the fruit.

Maybe it’s because our region hasn’t really been introduced to the wonderful fruit yet, or maybe it’s because supplements including the super fruit are few and far between. I wish they were more readily available because I’m all for improving my health. I hate having no energy and a weak immune system. I want to be able to feel great each and every day without having to worry about health problems.

And I would certainly love to include liquid mangosteen supplements in my diet. Why liquid you may be wondering? I have found that liquid vitamins don’t contain a binding agent, which is man made and nothing more than a chemical, and I’m not into putting unhealthy chemicals into my body. And I love Mother Nature, so it has to be 100% natural for me. No sugar, no additives, just pure goodness.

Mangosteen Nutrition

Despite what some people think, mangosteen nutrition is good for you. So why all of the negativity? Well, for one, many companies are claiming that the fruit is an instant cure for anything that ails you. While the fruit does contain a high source of antioxidants that are good for you, it’s by all means no instant cure.

In fact, I really don’t know of any super fruit that is an instant cure for health problems. What I do know is this. Mangosteens are excellent for those who want to improve their overall health. They’re 100% natural straight from Mother Nature.

When you consume foods that are from nature verses those that are processed and man-made, your body knows and accepts the difference. Put junk food into your body and you’re going to experience health problems. Put good foods that are pure into your body and your health will take a different and better direction.

So the next time you’re told that the nutrition of a mangosteen is just a lie, walk away and smile because you know the real truth.

What is Mangosteen?

A lot of people are still not sure what mangosteen is. Is it a mysterious fruit perhaps, unknown to much of the world? Or is it a twist on the beloved fruit, mango?

The mangosteen plant is a tropical fruit indeed, however it’s not a relative to the mango. Instead, it’s a deep purple fruit that is roughly 3 inches in diameter and is only related to other mangosteens. The outer skin of the fruit is very thick and hard to the touch. Inside is an edible flesh that is both sweet and tangy.

Mangosteens are also considered a superfruit because they are rich in antioxidants. The fruit is loaded with the compounds alpha-mangostin, beta-mangostin, garcinone B and garcinone E.

Recent studies have shown that mangosteens may actually help fight diarrhea, bladder infections, irritable bowl syndrome and some skin rashes. They may also be able to boost energy levels and help support our immune system. So if you’re asking, “
what is mangosteen”, maybe it’s time you discovered this wonderful super fruit.
